We were very pleased with the service we received here. Communication was great. We’ve been actively looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a few months and have visited other dealerships with lack luster service, an attitude of not caring if they do business with us or not, and no return of communication. Our salesman, Cody Houston, was phenomenal. We did not feel like we were being stalked or trapped while we were trying to determine whether or not we were going to make the purchase. He answered every question and provided requested documentation without hesitation. We felt we were offered a fair trade-in amount and given adequate options for financing. We were impressed with the fact that our keys never left our site and no redirecting of questions or having to ask multiple times for information. We will not hesitate to recommend Robinson Toyota or do business with them in the future.

Ryan (manager) made everything smooth and transparent, you can tell he truly cares about the customer experience, not just making a sale. Brian and Cheryl were amazing to work with. They kept constant communication, answered every question quickly, and made me feel confident every step of the way, even from out of state. What could have been a stressful long-distance purchase turned into one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. No pressure, no confusion; just a team that knows what they’re doing. We recently bought a car from this Toyota dealership in Jackson, Tennessee. We had a really good experience. The dealership is very modern with a lot of advanced features, and everyone we met was warm and welcoming. They treated us like family and were very fair throughout the process, and we really appreciated that. Ryan, the manager, made everything smooth and quick. Love the service department at Robinson Toyota in Jackson TN!!! My service manager Vince Worley is the best. We've bought the Toyota Care plan he suggested and it's saved a lot of money on our oil changes and maintenance inspections. Service Manager Vince Worley also suggested the road hazard for our tires. Especially with the constant construction in Jackson TN we have reaped the benefits of that golden nugget of a suggestion many times over. We will definitely be back to Robinson Toyota in Jackson TN for all of our car care necessities.
