Robinson Toyota is blessed to have Jonathan Morris as its Assistant Service Manager. He is dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend them for any service you have done to your Toyota, but since it’s a Toyota, you will probably only see them for routine maintenance.

I didn’t purchase my Toyota from this dealership. But when I needed a Toyota dealership to look at my car due to problems, they went above and beyond to help me. Answered all my questions, and were so nice and helpful. Eager to figure out and solve the problem and just help in anyway they could. Vince in the service department is the main person I dealt with and I can not say enough good things! I would recommend this place to everyone with a Toyota or looking to buy a Toyota!

We have rented vehicles from Robinson Toyota for the past three years, and each experience has been excellent. Nathan, who manages the rental department, always makes the process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. His professionalism and customer service keep us coming back year after year. We were very pleased with the service we received here. Communication was great. We’ve been actively looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a few months and have visited other dealerships with lack luster service, an attitude of not caring if they do business with us or not, and no return of communication. Our salesman, Cody Houston, was phenomenal. We did not feel like we were being stalked or trapped while we were trying to determine whether or not we were going to make the purchase. He answered every question and provided requested documentation without hesitation. We felt we were offered a fair trade-in amount and given adequate options for financing. We were impressed with the fact that our keys never left our site and no redirecting of questions or having to ask multiple times for information. We will not hesitate to recommend Robinson Toyota or do business with them in the future.

Very pleased with the rental car department and Nathan’s hard work to provide a great rental. We were able to last minute rent a Sienna after another local rental company messed up our reservation. Will definitely be using Toyota for rentals from now on!
