What Do I Need to Rent a Vehicle?

  • Must be at least 23 years old (under 24 subject to daily fee).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
  • Major credit card or bank-issued debit card in your name required.
  • Active full coverage car insurance that transfers to a rental vehicle required.
  • Proof of insurance (card or declarations page) required.
  • Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover.

Deposit Policy

  • Authorization/deposit required at pickup for total rental charges plus $300 security deposit.
  • Security deposit refunded after inspection and return in same condition.
  • Most card companies release funds within 24–72 hours.
  • If paying with debit card, proof of address may be required.

Rental Policies

  • Smoking prohibited. Cleaning fee up to $350 (plus damages).
  • No pets allowed. Cleaning fee up to $350 (plus damages).
  • Select vehicles allow towing with factory-installed hitch.
  • Customers may leave personal vehicle at dealership (not responsible for incidents).
  • Driving into Mexico prohibited.
  • Vehicle must be returned with full tank of fuel.
  • $8.00 per gallon fuel fee for shortages.
  • $110 cleaning fee if vehicle returned dirty.
  • $250 cleaning fee may apply for smoking.
  • $100 cleaning fee may apply for transporting animals.

Optional Services

  • Underage drivers (21–23): $15 per day with restrictions.
  • Additional drivers: $10 per day per driver (must be present at pickup with license and insurance).
  • Customer responsible for tolls/violations during rental period.
  • Rental extensions must be paid in full at time of request.

Reservation Information

  • Reservations can be made online using the booking tool.
  • Select pickup and drop-off dates/times and desired model.
  • In-person reservations available.
  • If required pickup date/time is not entered, submission may fail to send notification.
  • Some users experience redirect error page after submission (ERR_INVALID_REDIRECT), though email may still send.
