These dudes are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I worked with Chuck, Hunter, Carl, Larry and Randall. Couldn't have had a better or more straightforward experience! Before I talked to the guys at Robinson, I drove from Knoxville to ATL in order to look at the same car (2021 Avalon Hybrid). That ATL Toyota dealership was so rude and didn't seem like they cared one bit to land my business. I walked out of there empty-handed after 2 hours, my entire day wasted traveling for no reason, and I was so upset. I could see that Robinson had the same car I wanted (rare to find them for sale). And I got ahold of Chuck the next day. He was so nice, talked to me about delivery options right off (ATL wouldn't even talk delivery details until all the paperwork was signed off), and he had someone call me right away. I was really leery from previous interactions with dealerships over the years, but these dudes couldn't have been easier to work with or more honest. And Larry and Randall drove 12 hours round trip to deliver my car right to my door! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!! I will totally be back to take a look at inventory when I need another car. Thank you for being kind and honest people to do business with. Hard to find these days. Appreciate y'all!!

I purchased my new 2025 4Runner sport premium in Heritage blue online from this dealership. I live almost 5 hours away in another state, and made the purchase without seeing the 4Runner in person. From the initial inquiry, to the final purchase, these folks went above expectations for ensuring a smooth transaction. Photos were sent, questions were answered, and they were in constant communication with me from day one until delivery. If you live in or near Jackson, you are fortunate to have such an awesome Toyota dealership close to home! I cannot thank Cheryl, Carl, Timothy, and the delivery drivers enough for their amazing customer service!

My recent service appointment was unlike any other. Shortly after dropping off my C-HR I received an inspection video from my technician. He was under my car, showing AND explaining everything as he was doing it. (I've never had a dealership or repair shop do this!) He informed me about my vehicle without trying to upsell products/services. Their complete transparency and no pressure approach made this a great experience. Big shoutout to the rental department at Toyota Jackson. I’ve been doing rentals for a very long time with Toyota now (3 years). And I have not had a bad experience at all. Nathan is the nicest person to do business with. And I am always satisfied. He has never disappointed me. And he works with your schedule and would help in any kind of way! I love renting from Toyota and they will forever be my rental place!!

First time at Robinson Toyota. This was a perfect experience. Professional staff, courteous, friendly and attentive. The dealership itself is immaculate. The service techs are the real deal. Drive and save! The online experience (inventory and pre-approval with Toyota finance) then a follow up with sales shortened the dreaded sit and wait at the dealership. Show up confident you will get a fair trade, test drive and sign. Finance was a breeze (electronic forms👍🏻). Warranty options from names you recognize. Locally owned but with volume to be competitive.

Hands down best service I’ve ever received at a dealership Chris helped me find the perfect vehicle and Hunter made sure I got the best bang for my buck! On top of the 10/10 service these guys took the time to remove the rack on the top of my RAV4 they could have made me come back and have someone remove them no these guys got out there on that hot humid day and made sure I got everything I wanted !!!!! Thank you for getting me back in a Toyota I enjoyed the whole experience!

The service is always done quickly with recommendations on issues either major concerns or minor. No pressure to fix any issue. Customer service is first rate.
