Good overall experience purchasing a car from Robinson. There were a few issues with the car (broken handle on driver side, back hatch button was messed up and a key fob did not work). Robinson covered the cost to fix the handle and the hatch button, but did not cover the full amount of the key fob. I bought the car and brought up the messed up fob to an employee when I went out to the car to leave. I was told it may need a new battery. I went home and tried a new battery and it still did not work. I texted the salesman 3 days later and was told we would get taken care of. The car was dropped off for the repairs and I was then told I would need to cover half of the key fob, which I agreed to. Although in the end, I appreciate the discount but I do not think it was fair for me to pay $300 for their oversight. 5/12 The Sales Manager Christopher worked with me to get this issue resolved. He was very helpful! Thank you Robinson and Christopher!
